Presentation Services Coordinator
The Brisbane Entertainment Centre (BEC) hosts a diverse range of events each year. At the BEC we strive to create a working environment that rewards excellence and provides job satisfaction, enjoyment and opportunities for advancement. An opportunity currently exists for a dynamic and proactive professional to join the BEC's team.
Reporting to the Assets Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating the programmed and event driven cleaning operations of the BEC. Working with your team you will ensure that the presentation of the building is to the BEC's highest standards. You will also be responsible for the effective rostering and training of your team members.
The successful candidate will have experience in a busy cleaning environment within a 5 star venue or commercial cleaning operation and a supervisory background is essential for this position.
The role requires the flexibility to coordinate a department, that operates to suit the BEC's event schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
The successful candidate must possess excellent attention to detail, have strong communication skills and a commitment to providing service excellence, to both external and internal customers.
Asset maintenance qualifications will be highly regarded.
