Card Members are invited to escape the pre-show crowds and sit back and relax in the American Express Entertainment Lounge, located on Level 3. Enjoy a delicious range of food and beverage options available to purchase before your next event, as well as  complimentary phone chargers*.To access the lounge, enter via Administration or through the glass doors on Level 2 and follow the signs to Level 3 and show your American Express® Card at the entry point.

Lounge Access

To gain access to the American Express Lounge at Brisbane Entertainment Centre, simply show your American Express Card at the door.  Please note:

• All lounges are open from the time the main venue doors open, until the start of the main act
• Each Primary and Additional Card Member may invite up to 3 guests into the lounge (Centurion and Platinum Charge Card Members may invite up to 5 guests)
• Entry is subject to capacity and granted on a first come first served basis. Wait times may apply.
• American Express has a no tolerance policy in relation to inappropriate behaviour at any American Express venues or sponsored events (Locations). This includes (but is not limited to) any level of abusive, aggressive or offensive behaviour toward any American Express or partner employee, or any other guests. American Express also promotes responsible consumption of alcohol at its Locations. Should you or any of your guests exhibit (what we deem to be) inappropriate behaviour at any American Express Location, we reserve the right to cancel your American Express card(s) immediately.
